Financial Accountant / Accountant General Ledger & Tax 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• You will work independently on typical accounting tasks, such as preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and SwissGAAP FER
• You coordinate and prepare external and internal audits and support them as a contact person
• You carry out the consolidation of holding companies or support the preparation of the consolidations
• As a key user in your area, you will be actively involved in setting up our new ERP environment from the very beginning, defining and testing modern financial systems, introducing them and supporting the implementation of new BI tools
• In the area of cash management / liquidity planning, you help the CFO in his daily work and are the contact person for the banks
• As a specialist, you will be responsible for tax matters (tax returns, tax calculations, various topics relating to direct and indirect taxes)
• In the insurance sector, you serve as an interface to brokers
• You act convincingly within the company and see yourself as a business partner in order to advise on upcoming financial issues and provide support in financial matters
• You demonstrate your problem-solving skills in various other projects

This job is tailored to you if you have the following:

• Commercial training and further training in finance/accounting (level accountant, expert in accounting and controlling) or equivalent
• Experience with SwissGAAP FER and OR is a prerequisite
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company with exports to many countries worldwide
• Key user knowledge in the SAP FI module and the process knowledge for the underlying processes
• Openness, team orientation, structured way of working, reliability and precise work
• Flexibility, priority orientation, perseverance and experience in dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Project management experience to work with the leadership team to drive the future development of the finance department
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
