Your day at Studer Cables:

• Professional and disciplinary management of up to 20 employees
• Creating and releasing shift and vacation planning
• Ensuring quality
• Monitoring the production process
• Training and instruction of employees on machines, processes, etc.
• Responsible for optimal workflows and continuous improvement of processes

You are:

• Completed technical or mechanical training
• Value-oriented leadership and a high level of assertiveness
• Sound practical experience in the technical field with professional experience in a similar function
• Networked, cross-departmental thinking and action
• Self-initiative and an independent and structured way of working
• PC user skills (SAP, MS Office)
