Head of SCM Logistics 100% (m/f/d)

Your day at Studer Cables:

As Head of Logistics, you will have technical and disciplinary responsibility for around 35 employees and 6 trainees. Your tasks include managing the teams in goods receipt and dispatch, internal and external transport, warehousing, industrial trucks, and special areas of responsibility in the areas of our own truck fleet, or in the purchasing of land/sea and air freight, as well as export and import traffic under AEO and FOCA regulations. You will bring new ideas to structured and service-oriented processes, support your team and managers both professionally and personally, and implement improvements in line with safety, quality, and compliance guidelines. You will also analyze and manage KPIs for continuous improvement and work closely with relevant interfaces. In this varied position, you will work independently.

You are:

You have a higher education (HF) degree in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of management experience in logistics or SCM, and are familiar with topics such as ARV, customs, and construction site logistics. You are highly service-oriented and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders. You are a competent, motivating, communicative leader with a focus on further development. Your approach to work is structured and solution-oriented, with strong organizational skills. You have excellent communication skills and are assertive.
