Your day at Studer Cables:

  • Leading an interdisciplinary team with responsibility for product lifecycle management, market segmentation, and strategic product positioning
  • Defining and implementing the global product roadmap and segment strategy in line with the company's growth targets
  • Identification and prioritization of international market opportunities based on customer needs, competitive environment, and regulatory framework
  • Overall responsibility for selected product families throughout the entire product life cycle, from the concept phase to market launch and end-of-life management
  • Promotion of innovation and product development in collaboration with the R&D, engineering, and sales departments
  • Development and implementation of market launch strategies for key segments (rail vehicles, industry, infrastructure, solar & energy)
  • Analysis of segment-specific trends and customer insights as a basis for product positioning and communication
  • Support for market entry strategies, including product adaptation and pricing

You are:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in product and/or market management in a comparable production environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing global product and market strategies, promoting sustainable growth, and managing complex product portfolios
  • Experience leading cross-functional and international teams, fostering collaboration between R&D, sales, operations, and marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the entire product life cycle, including innovation management, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life processes
  • Excellent communication skills, outstanding leadership qualities, strong customer focus, trusted partner within the management team and throughout the company
  • Business fluent German and English skills
