HR Business Partner (Full-Time)
Seeking a pragmatic, cheerful, and technically skilled individual:
Your day at Studer Cables:
- They have their own production support department
- Professional guidance, consulting, and support for executives on all leadership and HR topics
- Support and guidance for employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Responsibility for and involvement in HR projects
You are:
- Completed HR training and extensive experience as an HRBP
- Pragmatic, cheerful, and highly skilled, with a strong creative drive
- It is advantageous if you have experience working in an industrial setting and on rotating shifts
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- You possess strong consulting skills and the ability to act as a sparring partner on equal footing, combined with confidence and a high degree of professionalism in challenging situations involving executives and employees
