Head of Human Resources 100% (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced, proactive individual with vision to take on the strategic and operational management of the Human Resources department.
Your day at Studer Cables:
- Overall responsibility for HR at the Däniken site, Solothurn
- Active support for transformation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the HR department
- Sparring partner for management in all personnel and organizational matters
- Management and development of the HR team consisting of five employees (HR business partner, administration, payroll)
- Further development and professionalization of central HR processes (including compensation and benefits, goal and performance assessment, succession planning, talent management)
You are:
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience in organizational development, transformation, and digitalization
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- High empathy and strong communication skills, coupled with assertiveness
- Ability to build trust and confidently implement even challenging topics within the organization
- Local roots with residence in the region or willingness to relocate, as well as a strong presence at the location
