Head of Human Resources 100% (m/f/d)

Your day at Studer Cables:

• Overall responsibility for HR at the Däniken site, Solothurn
• Active support for transformation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the HR department
• Sparring partner for management in all personnel and organizational matters
• Management and development of the HR team consisting of five employees (HR business partner, administration, payroll)
• Further development and professionalization of central HR processes (including compensation and benefits, goal and performance assessment, succession planning, talent management)

You are:

• Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in organizational development, transformation, and digitalization
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality
• High empathy and strong communication skills, coupled with assertiveness
• Ability to build trust and confidently implement even challenging topics within the organization
• Local roots with residence in the region or willingness to relocate, as well as a strong presence at the location
