Head of Production 100% (m/f/d)

Your day at Studer Cables:

In this key position, you will take over the management of the production area with around 120 employees working in multiple shifts and make a decisive contribution to the efficiency, quality, and innovative capacity of our manufacturing. You have sound practical experience and a deep understanding of production-related processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operations, continuously developing manufacturing processes, and working closely with the engineering, logistics, and planning departments. With your strong technical expertise and extensive production experience, you will identify opportunities for optimization at an early stage and systematically implement improvements.

You are:

You have many years of practical experience in production and possess in-depth technical or engineering expertise. Thanks to your familiarity with the requirements of multi-shift operation, you confidently manage cable production processes and ensure smooth operation. Your leadership style is characterized by clarity, appreciation, and respectful treatment of employees. You are enthusiastic about continuously developing a high-performing team and consider manufacturing to be a central element of the company. With your hands-on mentality and keen foresight, you make a decisive contribution to sustainable development.
