We are looking for you for our cable plant at our site in Däniken (Herrenmatt plant)!
Your day at Studer Cables:

- You systematically analyze process disruptions and work with Production and Engineering to develop sustainable solutions. Your goal: stable, reproducible processes and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.
- You will introduce new manufacturing processes in cable production, optimize existing processes, and ensure their standardization. In doing so, you will also oversee the process-related commissioning of new equipment as well as the approval of processes, products, and changes.
- You actively drive the digital transformation of our production. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the MES system and use operational data strategically for analysis and improvements.
- As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will provide support and training to production staff and managers and work closely with the Development, Process Engineering, Engineering, AVOR, and Quality departments.
- You actively participate in the continuous improvement process and are committed to driving initiatives related to CIP and Kaizen.
You are:
- Basic technical training followed by advanced training to become a process specialist (FA), technician (HF), or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in process engineering, production engineering, or a comparable industrial setting, ideally in cable manufacturing or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of process optimization, statistical process evaluation, and the analysis of production data. Experience with MES systems and modern data analysis methods is a plus.
- You think analytically, take a solution-oriented approach, and know how to translate complex technical concepts into sustainable and practical solutions.
- As a dedicated leader, you communicate openly and clearly, support your employees, and work with your team to successfully implement improvements.
- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, assertiveness, and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills.
We are:
- Respectful, open, uncomplicated and trust each other
- Motivating and cooperative in our dealings
- Challenging, but also encouraging in the sense of responsibility
- Future-oriented and indispensable in the megatrends of energy transition, mobility and sustainability
- Up-to-date in terms of employment conditions (various benefits)
- At home in Däniken (S-Bahn connection every half hour and free parking)
