Head of Service Network Construction 100 % (m/f/d)

Your day at Studer Cables:

• Development and management of our new service department in the area of network construction, with technical and personnel responsibility for a small team (1-2 employees)
• Active planning, calculation and implementation of cable pulling work from the preparation of the offer to the successful realization of the project
• Use of state-of-the-art equipment such as cable pulling machines and push crawlers for safe and efficient execution of the work
• Conducting internal training and contributing to the optimization of processes and products in close cooperation with our cable plant
• Direct exchange with customers and partners, competent advice, coordination of appointments and ensuring first-class support

You are:

• Completed training as an electrician EFZ / network electrician EFZ or in a comparable technical profession
• Further training as a network specialist would be an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in cable or network construction, preferably already in a managerial role
• High customer orientation and motivation to satisfy them
• Structured way of working and high quality standards
• Driving license Cat. B and willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
