Mechanical Engineer, specializing in Plastics Technology (m/f/d)
We are looking for an independent, analytical, and determined individual to join our R&D department!
Your day at Studer Cables:
- Independent development of new cables, from prototype to series production, with a focus on process engineering
- Development of concepts for various cable applications—from industry to energy, rail vehicles, e-mobility, and infrastructure—as well as assessment of their maturity level using targeted test programs
- Management of R&D development projects in close consultation with customers
- Production support
- Last but not least, close cooperation with raw material suppliers and scientific institutes
You are:
- Training as a mechanical engineer (bachelor's/master's degree) or similar training, specializing in plastics technology
- Several years of professional experience in the field of process engineering
- Solid expertise in project management
- Strong knowledge of German and English
