Quality Engineer (Full-Time) (m/f/d)

Your Day at Studer Cables

• Independently handling internal and external complaints—from initial reporting to a lasting resolution
• Systematic analysis of the causes of errors (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D) in collaboration with relevant departments
• Ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive measures with a measurable impact on quality and processes
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes throughout the entire value chain
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and direct communication with customers to clarify issues and find solutions
• Preparation and analysis of quality metrics and structured reports (e.g., 8D reports)
• Maintenance and further development of quality data in our CAQ system

You are:

• Training as a quality assurance technician or basic technical training with additional training in quality assurance
• Experience in complaint management (internal/external) and quality assurance
• Practical experience in applying quality methods and problem-solving techniques
• A structured, analytical approach to work, as well as the ability to assert oneself when implementing measures
• Proficient in MS Office and, ideally, ERP/CAQ systems
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal partners and customers
