Studer Cables AG is familiar with the complex requirements and challenges involved in supplying power and signals in tunnels. We are therefore particularly proud to be the first company on the Swiss market to be able to offer our customers a complete range of cables for road tunnels in accordance with the ASTRA 13022 directive.
Safety as the top priority
With the new BETAflam® (N)HXHRH FE180/E30-E90 B2 cable families for power cables and BETAflam® JE-H(St)HRH FE180/E30-E90 B2 for signal cables, we have developed solutions that meet the highest requirements of ASTRA Directive 13022 for road tunnels in terms of fire behavior, functional integrity and rodent protection. Both cable families are characterized by "non-critical behaviour" in terms of passive fire properties and are ideal for fixed installation in roadways, technical rooms, service ducts and safety tunnels.
